As part of its commitment to skill development and inclusive growth, the government has initiated the Training Kit Distribution Program to support beneficiaries enrolled in various vocational and capacity-building courses. These kits are designed to provide essential tools, materials, and resources required for hands-on learning and successful training outcomes.
To empower trainees—especially from rural, economically weaker, and differently abled communities—by providing them with the necessary equipment to practice and apply their skills effectively during and after training.
Course-Specific Kits: Tailored kits for trades such as tailoring, electrical work, carpentry, beauty & wellness, IT, agriculture, and more.
Standardized Materials: Each kit meets the quality and content standards set by national skill development authorities.
Inclusive Reach: Focus on women, youth, SC/ST communities, and persons with disabilities to ensure equitable access to skill tools.
Support for Livelihoods: Kits enable trainees to begin income-generating activities or employment immediately after course completion.
